Tenor 6-String Ukulele

This is a recent Artist Series tenor 6-string ukulele. It was sold in January of 03. It has a spruce top with Macasser ebony back and sides. The fretboard and bridge are also ebony.Like all of my Artist Series instruments this uke has a special feature not found in my usual work. For this one I made a multi-colored purfling out of wood in natural colors. It contains ebony, purpleheart, koa, maple, mango, and mahogany. All of the shell inlay is either solid mother-of-pearl or abalone. I hand cut my inlay from solid shell instead of using Ablam or other laminated shell. I do not use any laser inlay.
