On this page you will find wood and parts for guitars and ukuleles that I currently have listed at a special "Sale Price". Prices good only while the items are shown on this page. I try to update this page at least once a week, so please check back. Shipping is by Priority Mail. There is a $2.50 packing handling fee added to orders under $50.00 to the shipping to cover packaging and transport cost to the post office. Hawaii State residents will have State sales tax added. Very curly Mango tenor size ukulele top, back, and side sets. It is difficult to show the curl in photos with light colored woods. However, this wood has plenty of curl. Price $65.00 per set.
Koa Guitar back and sides. Very red in color. Not exceptionally curly, but does show curl throughout. Back 8 1/2" x 22 1/4". Sides 5" x 34". Sanded 2 sides to about 4mm. Has been misted with water to show color$180.00, including shipping anywhere in the U.S. by Priority Mail.
Select curly tenor ukulele top, back, and side sets. These sets are not quite curly enough to be full curly sets. They all have curl showing in various amounts throughout the sets. Brazilian Rosewood soprano ukulele back and side set. Nice grain and good color match. Mi-Si active/no battery pickup system. System is charged by plugging the supplied power chord into a wall outlet. Charging takes 15-30 seconds and is good for 5-6 hours playing. Charge is held in a capacitor, so no rechargeable batteries to wear out. Really nice for small instruments because you don't need to install a heavy, bulky battery. I supply these with Fishman active saddle custom elements sized for uke or standard elements sized for guitar. Both 3/32" and 1/8"saddle element available. I have these in my own instruments. Like any active system, you will want to add some kind of EQ to get control of the sound. Supplied with installation instructions and instructions for wiring in a volume control if desired. $140.00.
