This was a fun ukulele to make. Magnificent curly koa with design influences from the electric guitar world. Rechargeable Mi-Si pickup system with custom external koa volume control. Paua shell Hawaiian petroglyph inlays and a minimum of pearl work to just let the curly wood speak for itself. Wildly curly Koa body, with Pheasant Wood fretboard and trim.Deluxe Grover gold plated tuners.Satin finish. This one is sold, but a similar instrument is in ballpark of $3300.00 plus shipping.
